Please join Mia Bosna and Emily Nussdorfer for a Friday Evening and Saturday to learn about how movement can be used as a gateway for transformation in your life. This is an opportunity to experience and understand the fundamental powers of ritual. Transformation happens when all the senses are engaged and focused on an intention. 
 

The Process

Emily will show you how to tap into this rich source of energy within your body through a dance movement exploration of the chakras as gateways to higher consciousness. Mudras will be used to further the expression, seal the intention, and balance out elements of fire, air, water and earth within the body. Ultimately a dance ritual will be enacted to release the old and call forth the new life stirring within. No dance experience is required. This process is supportive for people of all abilities and/or movement restrictions. 

Mia will facilitate the shamanic journey to help us access our spiritual allies who know what dance ritual and transformation are all about. Friday night allows first time shamanic journeyers to learn this new skill and for those who are already seasoned journeyers to meet a guide for our Saturday work. Everyone will learn to form a clear intention that will help each individual facilitate the personal transformation that is most needed at this time. 

Cost: $80. Half the deposit, or payment in full is due by the end of April.
